Das Coaching bei Elen Ramirez Hernandez fand in einer freundschaftlichen und sehr entspannten Atmosphäre statt. Das aufrichtige Interesse am Erfolg der Beratung zeigte sich vor allem  in ihrer geduldigen Haltung und ihrem motivierenden Zuspruch.

Dies schaffte die Vertrauensbasis des Gepräches. Sie  hatte sich auf mich und die Situation eingestellt, dieses Gefühl hatte sie mir durch aufmerksames Zuhören, Geduld und Verständnis gegeben. Elen konnte somit erkennen wieviel und wo ich mir selber helfen lassen wollte. In dem mit viel Feingefühl gestalteten Gespräch hatte sie gezielt die richtigen, sehr aufschlussreichen und leitende Fragen gestellt.

Es entwickelte sich ein Interview. Dabei hatte sie sich an meiner Gefühlslage orientiert und hat sich von meinen Gedanken führen lassen, ohne dabei die Führung zu verlieren. So wurde die Balance des Gespräches erhalten und es stellte sich eine Harmonie ein, wie bei einem Tanz, bei dem jede Schrittabfolge klar geordnet ist, der Zwischenraum jedoch offen bleibt.

Das Beratungsgespräch hatte somit eine Grundstruktur mit einer Reihenfolge, aber blieb dabei nach hinten hin offen. Es wurde einem so die Möglichkeit gegeben eigene  Gedanken entwickeln zu lassen und diese auch in der Retrospektive zu betrachten.

Elen hat es so geschafft das Coaching zu einem Self-Coachment zu getsalten. In dem man selbst zum Initiator für die Basis für Veränderungen ist.

Die Arbeit mit Elen machte mir nicht nur großen Spaß, sondern wurde auch mit ihrer Hilfe zur Selbst-Hilfe zu einer großen Motivation und Inspiration für mich. Sie blieb stets beratend und wurde nie beeinflussend. Sie gab keine stupiden schablonierten Ratschläge, sondern durchdachte richtungssweisende Ergänzungen, die einen die Problematik erkennen lassen haben und lösungsrelevante Optionen aufgezeigt haben.

Diese Grundeinstellung, sowie ihr Kommunikationsstil mit dem sie unsere Beziehung innerhalb des Gespräches geformt hat, als auch, dass sie sich mit viel  Einfühlungsvermögen an meinen Zielen, Erwartungen und Wünschen orientiert hat und diese durch ihr Beratungssystem richtig eingeschätzt und  rational, sowie emotional in der Beratung umgesetzt hat, machten das Coaching mit Elen zu einem unverzichtbaren Erlebnis, für jeden, dem  sein Erfolg wirklich am Herzen liegt!
